Is alcohol included?
No. Due to Ohio licensing requirements clients are responsible for purchasing all alcohol. We are here to help guide you through the shopping list!
Can I use my own decorations?
Of course! We are happy to work with you to make the trailer capture your vision for the day, as long as the decorations will not damage the trailer.
Will you travel to my location?
Yes! Travel is included up to 30 miles from 44431. Every mile outside of the included radius is $1 per mile each way.
Is a retainer required to book?
Yes, we require a 50% retainer along with a signed contract to secure your date.
25% will then be due a month prior to your event, and the remaining 25% will be due 2 weeks prior to your event.
Will my space work?
Do you only serve alcoholic drinks?
The Road Pop requires a flat space for setup and service, and needs plenty of room for both the truck and trailer to pull through and/or turn around. We need access to a power outlet within 100 ft of the bar. A generator is available to rent for an additional fee.
We serve just about anything you can think of! Mock-tails, specialty lemonades and sodas, or a cute hot chocolate bar. We would love to create something unique for you!
Do you handle trash?
We do not. Space is very limited inside the mobile bar, and it will be filled with all the things necessary to have a bangin' event for you. For these reasons, we have nowhere to put trash from your guests during events, and we have nowhere to take it to after the event. If your venue does not handle trash, please check with your caterer to make sure they do.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, we are covered by both liquor liability and general liability insurance. We can provide proof to your venue if needed.
